We had a lovely weekend. We got our Madison back from camp, Vanessa and Madison went to Eclipse, we had killer luck at half-price Saturday at Goodwill, and on Monday we got to go to Toy Story 3.
More fun than all that was making treats for neighbors...

And the darling hair she fixed up herself. It has become an obsession for her. She added the wired stars for firework-effect.
This was the only picture I could get of Emmalee after church before we both had a melt down that could only be fixed by naptime.
Here is a very quickly taken shot of her hairbows.
And our fireworks. Went to a park outside a friend's house and enjoyed without the crowd, parking, or other monkey business. Emmalee was very impressed and clapped twice after each explosion.

We are so thankful for the brave men, including our two uncles Chris and David, giving up soooo much for us to live free!
