I have been dreaming of making this outfit for a few months. I wanted to make a fun-to-photo birthday outfit for my spoiled little Emmalee. I made the petti skirt in Goodyear before we left for Grandma's, the pink topskirt, I finished on the road. I was very excited the morning of her birthday to see if it really worked.
Check out all that fluff! I used like 80-90yds of fabric. There is supposed to be another ruffle on the bottom, but I was certain I didn't have enough and couldn't ruffle just one side. I will have to add that when I order more.
Getting a picture of the face and a smile proved to be impossible.
We went to the St. George temple later in the day. Emmalee simply could not resist the stairs. I finally realized it would be the perfect place for some pictures. Here are a few we took.
