Desperate for something to fill our two week break from school, we accepted an invitation from our friends Silas and Ivy to go roller skating. We took along two other friends,
Kayleh and James. No one had been skating for years, if ever.
Eli of course was a natural! He took a few warm up laps and then was off. Madison on the other hand didn't care for it at all. Finally at the end she had
Kayleh take her around and then she fell twice. Back to the benches for her.
Kayleh was nice enough to take James around too. He was thankful even if he had to hold a girl's hand. That was probably the lasting memory of the day for him. Fun skating, but had to hold a girls hand:-}
Eli wanted me to take a picture of his sweat. This is him all sweaty from working his way around the rink.
